| Refined Salt (Table Salt) | – 97~99% Sodium Chloride with No Other Trace Minerals |
| Rock Salt | – Mined from underground rocks and then refined. – Contains Fewer and Less trace minerals compared to the sea salt. |
| Sea Salt | – Formed by evaporating sea water through natural means of the sun and wind. – Contains various Minerals but also includes Contaminants such as heavy metal and harmful chemicals. |
| Roasted Salt | – Merely roasted Sea Salt on a pan. – Still has some contaminants such as heavy metal and other chemicals. – Has milder taste compared to Raw sea salt. |
