More than just salt I had thought all salt were the same until I tried this! It's very fascinating on how they actually make this 9x K-lava salt. It certainly does not taste like regular table salt. It actually tastes saltier and has a sulfur flavor. I have to add less salt to my food and it works like a natural seasoning. The salt pieces are larger than table salt so it makes it harder to gauge the amount of salt to add. I try to be conservative about the amount because I can always add more later.
